Total Preparation: 5 Minutes
- 2 small bananas, frozen
- 1/2 cup mango, chopped
- 1/2 cup papaya, chopped
- 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup coconut water (or use liquid reserved from can of coconut milk)
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream (scoop off the top of a cold can of full fat coconut milk or coconut cream, using none of the liquid)
- 2 tablespoons goji berries
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder OR ginger pureee
- 1/2 teaspoon bee pollen
- Put all into a blender and blend well.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
