1/2 Cup Water
3 Tbsp Yacon Syrup
1 Heaping Tbsp Coconut Butter
1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
1 Tsp Yacon Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Flavor
1 Tsp Matcha Green Tea
1 Scoop Unflavored Collagen Peptides
1. Combine All Ingredients In A Blender.
2. Blend on High 30-60 seconds.
3. Pour into a parchment lined bread pan. Freeze for 30 minutes.
4. Blend and mix thoroughly to manually “churn”. A soft spatula is ideal. Freeze over night and enjoy.
