Pitaya Yacon Margarita Recipe
Whether you drink alcohol or not this recipe l hits all the right spots. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) can replace alcohol for taste and help the gut, at the same time. If you you make it with alcohol, tequila will work great.
INGREDIENTS:
4 Tbsp Lime Juice 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp for less of a kick) 2 Tsp Yacon Syrup 1 Tbsp. Yacon Cacao Nibs 1 Slice Yellow Pitaya * Optional Black Truffle Sea Salt Rim
PREPARATION:
1. For A Salt Rim. Fill a Small Plate w/Water. Turn Your Glass Upside Down + Turn Rim Over Water. Then, Rotate Over a Different Small Plate w/ Black Truffle Salt. 2. In a Separate Glass Mix Together Lime, Apple Cider Vinegar(or alcohol), w/ Syrup Until Thoroughly Combined. It’s Take a Couple Minutes of Good Mixing. 3. In a Cup Filled With Ice + Your Slice of Yellow Pitaya Pour Mixture In. Mix well, Let Sit For 10-15 Minutes With the Pitaya Submerged. After 15 Minutes Mix to Combine The Pitaya Flavor. Ices Helps Infuse The Flavor into The Mixture. 4. Sprinkle Cacao Nibs Over Mixture. Enjoy!
