Consumers seeking products for individual use can order direct from our website. If ordering online, simply add items to your cart and complete the checkout process. Upon order confirmation an account will be automatically created for you.

Currently, we process international orders to Canada exclusively through USPS International shipping options, which are available at checkout.r

To save your time and reach our support quickly, please follow below steps:

• Capture screenshot or video for the issue you get.
• Specify which template and version you are using.
• Describe clearly how to reproduce the issue.
• Send all information (staff account, screenshot, video, template name and version, description of the issues, link) to email@domain.com

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible so please contact us immediately after placing your order if you have changed your mind. If we can catch your order before it goes out, we may be able to change or cancel it.

A shipment confirmation email containing tracking info will be sent to you when your order ships. Once you receive your tracking number you can track your shipment online. If you need assistance, our customer care team will be happy to assist you with tracking your order.

Most orders ship the same day they are placed. You should receive your order within three to five business days from the date your order is processed (in the US).

Extra shipping costs will be incurred to rush an order but we will try to accommodate your request.

Rates are dynamically calculated by weight & distance. Most United States orders will ship by UPS or USPS. International parcels will ship by USPS. You can get an approximate shipping cost to your country at postcalc.usps.gov. Consumer retail orders over $50 get free shipping (continental US only)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Alovitoxoffers a 100% satisfaction promise with a 30-day full refund or replacement. If you have any questions or concerns about the product or your order, please let us know at info@Alovitox.com. We will work with you until you’re happy! If the product has not been opened or used, you can receive a full refund (less shipping charges).

It is our policy is to replace any damaged packages. If you receive a package with a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@Alovitox.com within one week of receipt of your package to receive a refund for your order.

Alovitox products are manufactured in a facility that also handles tree nuts. Our organic Cacao Morning Contains purple corn.

A superfood is a food that is especially nutrient-dense and is highly beneficial for health and wellbeing. There are many foods that have earned the title of “superfood” and Alovitox products combine some of the world’s most potent superfoods to make it easier than ever to achieve optimal nutrition and health.

In order to inform our customers, we label our packaging for several of our organic products with a California Proposition 65 warning for California residence. Consumable products purchased in California may contain the message: “This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm.” This warning is required by Proposition 65, a California law that says products must be labeled if they potentially contain certain chemicals. Many of these chemicals are widely distributed throughout our environment in air, soil and water, making them common in foods, and consequently, some supplements, even if they aren’t intentionally added.Proposition 65 standards are among the most strict in the country, and far exceed federal standards for safety. For example, Proposition 65 requires warnings for lead at 0.5 mcg per day—a much stricter amount than standards at the federal and international level.The bottom line is that this warning is simply a precaution, and does not necessarily mean the product is unsafe. Customers are encouraged to reach out to product manufacturers over ingredient concerns related to Proposition 65.

Alovitox products contain absolutely no additives or fillers. Our products are made of only raw superfoods that have been finely ground so that they can be easily added to any and all foods. While some of the products in our blends, such as cacao, maca, and have been reported to have energy-boosting properties, we do not add any artificial or processed stimulants, such as caffeine or sugar, to our products. Most of our customers report feeling a refreshing boost in energy levels without the jitteriness or crash that often comes with consumption of caffeine or sugar. Of course, each body is unique, so if you have any concerns about the potential stimulatory effects of the ingredients in our products, we suggest that you start with a lower dose to determine your level of sense.

Refrigeration is not required for most of our products. We recommend that you store our products in a cool, dark, dry place.

Most of our products have a 12-24 month shelf life (Depends On Product). The ‘Best By’ stamp on the back of the bag can be read: Month/Day/Year. `

Our products are dried or freeze-dried but the potency and flavor decreases over time so we don’t recommend using past their expiration date.
