Morning Buzz Chocolate Banana Smoothie recipes

Ingredients:

  • Banana: 1
  • Coffee (cold or hot): ½ cup
  • Protein powder (plant protein, soy protein, casein protein, whey protein or hemp protein): 1 scoop
  • Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Cacao morning powder (dark chocolate): 2 tablespoons
  • Almond or coconut Milk: 1 cup

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend them well for almost 2 minutes.
  2. Add ice in serving glasses and pour smoothie over ice. Serve chilled.
