Healthy Fruit Salad with Goji

Ingredients:
- Coconut or cashew yogurt: ¼ cup
- Goji berries: ¼ cup
- Berries of choice: ½ cup
- Diced apples: ½ cup
- Diced peaches: ½ cup
- Sliced grapes: ½ cup
- Dried cranberries: ½ cup
- Coconut sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Chopped walnuts or other nuts: 3-4 tablespoons
- Ground cinnamon: 1 dash
- Ground nutmeg: 1 dash
Directions:
- Mix coconut sugar, spices, and yogurt together in one bowl.
- Combine fruits and nuts in another bowl.
- Fold yogurt into fruits and nuts, mix well.
- Sprinkle goji berry powder (1 dash), nutmeg, cinnamon, and coconut shreds on the top.
- Chill salad for 30 minutes and serve.
