- Banana: 1
- Shredded coconut (unsweetened): 2 tablespoons
- Mango chunks: 1 cup
- Matcha tea powder: ½ teaspoon
- Water: 1 cup
- Kale leaves (torn pieces): 2 leaves
- Drained white beans: 3 tablespoons
Directions:
- Combine matcha powder, coconut, white beans, kale, mango, and banana in your blender.
- Add water in the blender and blend this mixture to make a smooth blend.
- Pour smoothie in serving glass with ice and serve chilled.
