Superfood Turmeric Detox Smoothie

Detox, rejuvenate, fight inflammation, and support your immune system with this amazing smoothie packed full of nutrients and superfoods.

Total Preparation: 5 Minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 small bananas, frozen
  • 1/2 cup mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cup papaya, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup coconut water (or use liquid reserved from can of coconut milk)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream (scoop off the top of a cold can of full fat coconut milk or coconut cream, using none of the liquid)
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder OR ginger pureee
  • 1/2 teaspoon bee pollen

Directions:

  1. Put all into a blender and blend well.
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
