Spicy Maca Gazpacho recipes

  • 3 tsp. gelatinized Maca powder
  • 1 yellow pepper, diced
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, large & chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Parsley or basil, fresh to garnish
  • 1 cucumber, fresh & chopped
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil or 1/2 cup avocado


  1. Put everything together to a blender and blend on high settings until smooth. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil.
  2. Serve chill.
