Power Smoothie with Sweet Yacon

Ingredients:
- Chopped apple: 1
- Chia seeds: 2 teaspoons
- Chopped Banana: 1
- Kiwifruit peeled: 2
- Kale: 1/2 cup
- Yacon Powder: 1 tablespoon
- Coconut water: 2 cups
- Ice: ¼ cup
Directions:
- Blend yacon powder, chia seeds, kale, kiwifruit, banana, apple, and coconut water in a blender.
- Blend everything to make a smooth mixture.
- Serve chilled.
