Healthy Chocolate Milkshake recipes

  • Vegan milk (coconut, hemp, or almond milk): 2 cups
  • Pitted Medjool date: 3
  • Mesquite powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Cacao powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Sea salt: 1 pinch
  • Grated vegan Chocolate: Optional


  1. In a food processor or blender, combine everything except chocolate. Blend all ingredients for almost 1 minute.
  2. Pour in your serving glasses with ice and top with some grated chocolate, if you desire.
  3. Serve chilled.
