Berrylicious Superfood Smoothie recipes

This smoothie is an antioxidant powerhouse! Food as medicine in a glass. Cheers to your health and wellbeing!
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 3 cups nut milk of choice (cashew is creamiest!)
- 1/4 cup açaí puree
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 3-4 large strawberries
- 4 tablespoons goji berries (pre-soaking makes them softer but is optional)
- 1 tablespoon aronia powder
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed
- 1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
- Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. The smoothie will have the best texture if at least some of the fruit used is frozen.
- Pour into glasses, and top with extra goodies such as goji berries, hemp seeds, chia seeds, bee pollen, and cacao nibs if desired.
