- Banana: 1
- Coffee (cold or hot): ½ cup
- Protein powder (plant protein, soy protein, casein protein, whey protein or hemp protein): 1 scoop
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Cacao morning powder (dark chocolate): 2 tablespoons
- Almond or coconut Milk: 1 cup
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend them well for almost 2 minutes.
- Add ice in serving glasses and pour smoothie over ice. Serve chilled.
