  • Coffee (cold or hot): ½ cup
  • Protein powder (plant protein, soy protein, casein protein, whey protein or hemp protein): 1 scoop

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend them well for almost 2 minutes.
  2. Add ice in serving glasses and pour smoothie over ice. Serve chilled.
