Ingredients:
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Egg substitute: 6 tablespoons
Matcha tea powder: 1 tablespoon
White sugar: ¾ cup
Cold water: ¼ cup
Honey: 1 tablespoon
All-purpose flour: ¾ cup
Directions:
Preheat your oven to almost 350 °F.
Prepare egg substitute as per instructions given on the package in one bowl with the help of electric mixer on average speed to doubles the volume. It will take almost 7 minutes.
Now add honey, sugar, flour, matcha tea powder, baking powder and water to egg substitute.
Wisk well for almost 30 seconds after every addition and pour this batter in your greased cake pan (9-inch).
Bake in your preheated oven for almost 25 – 30 minutes and insert a toothpick to check if it is done.
Frost, glaze, or otherwise finish as desired.
